My client is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join their field team and manage the day-to day construction activity on a multi-family 'for sale' project. MUST have experience/knowledge of site development as well as all aspects of vertical construction including:

  • Scheduling subcontractors/vendors
  • Ensuring all construction assemblies and complete with adherence to the final construction documents (Plans/Scope of work)
  • Attaining all necessary inspections
  • Maintaining schedules/budgets
  • Delivering complete units with a high degree of 'fit and finish'

Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
