This role will work directly with other legal team members, as well as business stakeholders.What will you do? Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including, but not limited to, supply and customer agreements, vendor agreements and co-manufacturing agreements.Analyze commercial contract provisions and provide the business team with updates, risk assessments and applicable legal guidance.Prepare and coordinate responses to customers, vendors and other third parties regarding contractual matters.Monitor and keep up to date on the latest developments in food-related laws and regulations.What will you need to be successful? Member in good standing with the IL or WI bar.Minimum of 3-5 years in-house or large law firm corporate experience.Experience with complex commercial contracts.Demonstrated interest in growing experience in commercial areas.Ability to adapt and respond to unpredictable, fast-paced workflows and manage multiple projects at once while prioritizing appropriately.Significant attention to detail and ability to interact successfully with business and legal teams, customers and other third parties.Experience with food safety and regulatory matters desired.Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills and the ability to manage client (internal and external) relationships.Highly developed interpersonal skills and a team player.Strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.Compensation Data The typical hiring range for this role is $134,821 to $209,439 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).Equal Opportunity Employer Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
