We’re seeking a proactive professional with a strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and administrative support to assist our team leader in daily operations and help elevate our business to the next level.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle client communications and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Prepare and organize marketing materials, property flyers, and reports
- Maintain and order office supplies as needed
Marketing & Social Media:
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media posts across multiple platforms
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and digital advertising
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics
- Develop creative content strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
Team Assistance:
- Support agents by coordinating open houses, broker tours, and showings
- Assist in transaction coordination and document management
- Provide motivation and guidance to agents on marketing best practices
- Assist with office systems updates and process improvements
Requirements
- * 1-2 years of administrative experience (real estate preferred)
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software, social media tools, and marketing platforms
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and terminology is a plus
- Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented
