About the Job
We're seeking a Senior HSE Professional to join our Site Leadership Team, responsible for supporting business strategy, ensuring all HSE directives are effectively incorporated at the site level, and leading the site's ISO-14001 program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational safety, environmental science, or a related discipline, along with at least 5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Implementation: Support business strategy to ensure all HSE directives are effectively incorporated at the site level.
- Objective Setting: Develop, implement, and execute HSE annual objectives and improvement plans in conjunction with site operations management.
- Compliance Management: Manage all environmental permits and program requirements specific to the site.
- Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections of the site to ensure compliance with corporate policies and HSE regulations.
