Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure our manufacturing facilities meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
* Conduct regular audits/inspections of the site to ensure compliance with corporate policies and HSE regulations
* Identify site HSE training needs and develop appropriate resources and training sessions for employees and management staff
* Organize and oversee site safety committee meetings
Requirements
* BS/MS in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field
* Business performance management experience
* HSE regulations knowledge, including OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001
* 2-3 years HSE experience in a manufacturing setting, with food industry desired
