Our Seattle, WA location is part of our Liquid Beverage division and creates sweet syrups and sauce variations for Kerry customers and brands. What You'll Do
The Packaging Operator position is responsible for ensuring optimum quality of the assembled and sealed package. This involves work with all down-stream equipment, including associated conveyors, the straw applicator, multi-wrapper, accumulator, labelers, Combitop applicator and case packers. You'll be making sure that the filled and/or assembled products are correct and ready to ship. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, Downline Operators work as part of the production team in this clean, temperature-controlled environment.

You'll be making sure that the filled and/or assembled products are correct and ready to ship. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, Downline Operators work as part of the production team in this clean, temperature-controlled environment.
- Complete all required training within onboarding plan deadlines
- Embrace concepts of and actively practice all Kerry Policies and Procedures
- Actively participate and/or support Kerry improvement initiatives, as needed/required
- Participate in development/review of Procedures, documentation, and implementation, as needed/required
- Support New employee Learning & Development, and Cross-training initiatives, as needed/required
- Be a leader for other employees working in the Work Center
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Basic math skills, ability to calculate percentages accurately.
- 1 yr. Manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical or food processing facility.
- 6 mo. Prior lift truck operation and safety certification.
- Use of MS products required, SAP software preferred.
- Attend work as scheduled 3:00PM-1:30AM, Mon.-Thurs., and availability to work overtime if needed.
