Job Requirements:
- As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will serve as the central point of contact between R&D, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- You will leverage your technical expertise to streamline production processes, improve efficiency, and enhance yield.
- You will coordinate scale-up activities, including production process instructions and quality specification alignment.
- You will apply problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
- You will lead process improvement projects to optimize manufacturing performance and sustainability.
- You will collaborate with Site and Regional Capex engineering teams to guide investment opportunities.
- You will manage operational aspects of product transfers and coordination with third-party manufacturers.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or food science.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the food industry.
