About Us
Kerry is a global leader with over 50 sites across North America, with our Albany facility being home to around 75 dedicated employees. We're looking for an HSE Manager to support business strategy, ensure all HSE directives are effectively incorporated at the site level, and lead the site's ISO-14001 program.
The successful candidate will develop and implement HSE annual objectives, conduct regular audits and inspections, identify training needs, and communicate corrective actions effectively. They will also track and monitor site HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and communicate trends to the Site Leadership Team.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contribution. The typical hiring range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000 annually, based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.
