Full Job Description
Residential -Community Training Home II Coordinator duties include but not limited to coordinate, monitor and supervise the daily operations of the assigned Residential CTH II facilities-6 homes in Kershaw County; ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, Local guidelines and ability to interpret and implement guidelines, regulations, directives, standards, policies and procedures; responsible for supervision of staff to include hiring, training, evaluations and disciplinary actions; responsible for supervision of residents with intellectual disabilities to include but not limited to assessing, developing, implementation and monitor-ship of plans, applicants must be at least 21 years of age, have a Bachelor’s Degree in human services field from an accredited college or university and at least (one) 1 year of experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability or related disability; SC State (PEBA) Health and Retirement Benefits.
