Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions to develop the team's skills and strategy.
- Evaluate athletes' skills and assign team positions.
- Monitor and mentor student-athletes' academic progress.
- Enforce discipline both on and off the court and model sportsmanship in all aspects of the role.
- Communicate effectively with parents, coaching staff, school staff, and students.
- Prior experience as a coach or assistant coach.
- Strong understanding of cheerleading rules, strategies, and training techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
