What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative (Office) position at Kershaw Knives?
Kershaw is a Tualatin based manufacture high-performance sporting and pocket knives. We continue to grow and have an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties Summary:
- Answer and process inbound calls.
- Process customer purchase orders and other special requests.
- Review and explain promotions, service, and product features to reps and dealers. Troubleshoot and work to solve customer service issues.
- Review orders received for price accuracy and return to customer with discrepancies.
- Check shipping orders to ensure they are accurate with regards to quantity shipped, and follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
- Receive and check customer complaints as well as answer customer inquiries.
- All other job duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements:
- Be able to work on site (not remotely).
- 1-2 years of exceptional customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience. Prefer experience with a point of sales system like Salesforce or an ERP system.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
