The Challenge Ahead
Drive white glove client servicing at a mid-sized actively growing AdTech company. This role will be responsible for supporting a line of business from post IO to campaign wrap balancing external needs with internal bandwidth and expertise. Overall ensuring the client experience is easy and positive for renewal.
What You’ll Do
- Lead campaign kick-off meetings, manage launch timelines, and streamline communication on campaign updates, troubleshooting, optimization recommendations and final campaign review
- Handle client reporting on a weekly basis for live campaigns and drive the “Why Kerv” narrative, showcasing actionable insights from reporting metrics
- Stay up to date on media industry trends and be able to speak to impacts to KERV business and products
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport and delivering ensuring exceptional client service
- Work closely with our Creative and Ad operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of partner media campaigns
- Audit and confirm billing numbers for invoice procurement at the end of each month. Actualize CRM tool accordingly, with assistance from your Client Success Manager
- Be a strategic resource to Clients and Publishers telling the KERV Narrative to meet specific client KPIs in collaboration with your Lead, Client Success
- Provide support for Leads and Associate Director as needed
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience within advertising, marketing, or client service roles
- Strong understanding of digital and programmatic advertising
- Previous experience in managing digital advertising campaigns
- Proficiency with ad technology tools, systems, and platforms, including DSPs, DMPs, publisher or agency ad servers, and 3rd party measurement, research, and verification vendors
- Strong communication skills- both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft office (specifically excel, ppt)
- Solution Oriented and Detail Oriented to ensure client details are captured
