JOB PURPOSE

The Configuration Management Specialist will conduct all aspects of configuration management support for the TDL ISEA program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

Design and document configuration and data management processes
Assist leadership in ensuring that configuration management processes are adhered to by the engineering teams.
Establish configuration identification, functional, allocated, and product baselines
Assists with configuration control, status accounting, and physical configuration audits
Maintains configuration management procedures
Reviews technical documentation
Evaluates proposed product design changes to determine the impact on overall system
Conducts formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle to ensure quality control
Implements directives and schedules necessary to ensure effective system management
Responds to data calls
Develops, updates, and maintains program of record documentation
Other Duties Assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Bachelors' Degree from an accredited university or in lieu of degree 5 years of experience working in a Configuration Management role

This position requires an existing U.S. Government DoD granted security clearance / eligibility at the final Secret level. Individual must be able to maintain the required security clearance / eligibility for continued employment. U.S. Citizenship is required.

4 year post secondary education, or equivalent experience

3 years of experience working with CMPro CM software tool

Experience supporting and facilitating Configuration Control Boards

Experience with reading, reviewing, and interpreting engineering and design drawings

Good written and verbal communication, along with effective time management skills

Job located at a U.S. Government Facility

Preferred :

3 years of experience working with CDMD-OA

3 years of experience working with MBPS
