JOB Summary
We are currently seeking a Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator
ten(10)or more years of Management
experience of job site inspections, incident investigations,
evaluating various planning/permits such as: Hot Work, Confined Space,
Fall Protection, etc.
one (1) year of
experience designing or inspecting Fire Protection systems in
accordance with NFPA 101 or UFC-3-600-01 and 3-601-02
(1) year of experience pertaining to Occupational Safety and
Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
(10) years of Department of Defense, military, or related business
experience in Environmental Protection, Industrial Hygiene &
Occupational Safety field. This requirement may be concurrent with
required Management experience, however the resume shall demonstrate
that the experience is directly applicable to the requirements
contained in the Environmental Readiness Program Manual (OPNAVINST
5090.1) and Navy Safety and Occupational Health Manual (OPNAVIST
5100.23) series instructions/manuals.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Individual shall possess a Bachelor’s
degree in Environmental Protection, Industrial Hygiene and/or
Occupational Safety Related Field.
CLEARANCE: Shall possess a favorably adjudicated PSI at a T3
level.
