Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic initiatives and enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Preparation:
• Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Clean, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Data Analysis:
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Perform statistical analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Develop predictive models and perform scenario analysis as needed.
• Reporting and Visualization:
• Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
• Use visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives.
• Communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable manner.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Python, R, or Excel.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Understanding of database systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in a data analysis or related role.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets and complex data models.
