Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, create dashboards, and present findings that drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop detailed reports and dashboards to visualize data insights using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Business Insights:
• Translate data findings into meaningful insights that align with business goals.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, or revenue growth.
• Collaboration:
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and tailor data analyses to meet their needs.
• Partner with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Data Management:
• Maintain and enhance data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Create and manage documentation for datasets, processes, and analysis techniques.
• Automation and Optimization:
• Identify opportunities to automate data collection and analysis processes.
• Implement and optimize scripts for routine data tasks using SQL, Python, or R.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business success.
• Monitor market trends and benchmark data to inform competitive strategies.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and predictive analytics.

Preferred:

• Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Certification in data analytics tools or methodologies.
