Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate insights, build reports, and visualize key metrics that support strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Processing:
• Gather and clean data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain databases, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Data Analysis & Insights:
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Use statistical techniques to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Reporting & Visualization:
• Create dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or Looker.
• Present insights in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Performance Measurement:
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work with business teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers to improve data accessibility and reliability.
• Automation & Process Improvement:
• Automate repetitive data tasks using SQL, Python, or R.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Excel.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling.

Preferred:

• Experience working with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift).
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data pipeline management.
• Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation techniques.
• Certification in data analytics tools or methodologies.
