Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Data Scientist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Modeling:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.
- Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models to solve business challenges.
- Machine Learning & AI Development:
- Build, train, and deploy machine learning models to automate and optimize processes.
- Fine-tune algorithms to improve model accuracy and performance.
- Data Wrangling & Processing:
- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Perform feature engineering to enhance model performance.
- Visualization & Reporting:
- Create intuitive and impactful data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing) to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Work with Data Engineers to ensure the availability and reliability of data pipelines.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.
- Experiment with emerging tools and techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Expertise in SQL and experience with databases and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices for deploying and managing models.
