Our company is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented and a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in job costing for construction, be highly organized, detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for completing all bookkeeping tasks for multiple companies including account reconciliations, posting payments and confirmations, reviewing financial statements and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports. Experience with Sage, QBO, Office, Buildium, RentRedi a plus. Health/Dental Insurance negotiable.
Responsibilities will include:
A. Assisting the owners with day-to-day needs
- preparing proformas
- letters
- scheduling
- emails
- scanning/printing
- agreements
B. Purchasing agent for:
- Office kitchen supplies
- Office supplies
- Bathroom supplies for office and other subdivisions
- Subdivision / entity items ie furniture, equipment, locks, etc.
C. Responsible for bookkeeping for 10 companies:
- General ledger entries
- Financials
- Collections
- Cash Receipts
- Bank Deposits
- Accts Payable
- Accts Receivable
- Filing
- Monthly Processing
- Annual W2/1099 Forms for all entities
- Certify there are COS for every sale, tediously going through each of the GL accounts prior to accountant’s review
- Entering adjusting journal entries
- Mailing of tax returns / tax payments securely through certificate of mailing
- Create quarterly reporting for capital partners, confirming tenant deposits, rent rolls, print financials for accountant’s review prior to sending to partners

Pay: $46,441.30 - $49,337.53 per year
