Lead, inspire, and cultivate a fun and supportive environment where your team thrives. From hiring and training to coaching and development, you'll nurture the talents of your team and help them bloom in their roles.
Be the mastermind behind keeping the department running smoothly. From inventory management to keeping your floral fridge fresh and fabulous, you'll ensure everything is in perfect shape.
Use your creative flair to design eye-catching, beautiful displays that stop customers in their tracks! Plan and execute gorgeous floral arrangements and seasonal promotions that draw attention and drive sales. This will also include candy arrangements and other displays!
Work hand-in-hand with the Store Director and Assistant Directors to keep the department aligned with store goals and company objectives.
Manage the numbers - whether it's tracking sales, analyzing trends, or planning the next big promotion. You'll be using your sharp eye for detail to stay on top of all the financials, from invoicing to inventory.
