Every team member must be able to fulfill the responsibilities below.
Requirements
- Cleaning – Cashier’s lane is clean and ready for customers during shift.
- Fast & Friendly Service – Engaging our customers with friendly service.
- Greeting & Thanking – Cashier greets customers (if they found everything, if being sent out with parcel, fuel perks card) and thanks them when finished with transaction.
- Price Accuracy – Ensuring the price accuracy at the POS for the customer.
- Drawer Accuracy – Balanced till & counting back change to customer.
- Outgoing – Friendly, talkative, and engaging with the customer. Comfortable being the face of the Customer Care department. Has a passion for helping customers.
- Program Expert – Knowledge and proper use of company programs (examples; fuel perks, voucher, coupons, and triple coupon Sunday).
- Transaction Expert – Able to tender transaction (cash, check, charge account, voucher, credit card, WIC, EBT).
- Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm with weekends and holidays.
