Responsibilities and Duties
· Interact with customers on the telephone and directing calls when necessary
· Assisting the Sales department with various tasks assigned by manager
· Answer customer emails and calls in a timely manner
· Order entry
· Perform various administrative tasks
· Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements/ Qualifications
· Microsoft Proficient (Word, Excel, etc.)
· Understanding of basic math
· Clear verbal and written communication skills
· Strong data entry skills and possess attention to detail
· Ability to multitask
· Strong telephone customer service skill
· Must be adept and quick to learn
· Organized
· Sense of urgency
· Ability to work alone and with a team
· Some college, 2/4 year preferred, not required
· Must possess positive, professional, and polite personality
