Job Description :
We Are Seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to support and maintain critical law enforcement systems, including Records Management Systems (RMS), Field-Based Reporting (FBR), Centrally Linked Information for Public Safety (CLIPS), Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), and Mobile Data Terminals (MDT). This role involves troubleshooting existing software, configurations, and interfaces while working closely with internal teams, external law enforcement agencies, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in Linux, SQL, Message Queue (IBM MQ), and Shell scripting, along with expertise in database development and system analysis.
Responsibilities :
- Support and maintain law enforcement systems, ensuring reliability and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, system configurations, and data exchanges, including Open Data.
- Provide technical support for system changes, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, external law enforcement agencies, and third-party vendors to manage system integrations.
- Develop and execute SQL queries and stored procedures to support database functionality.
- Analyze system performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance usability.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for critical law enforcement applications.
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting application interfaces to ensure seamless data exchanges.
