Job Description :
We are seeking a full-time experienced Business Analyst (BA) to support a critical project involving the analysis, design, and testing of systems, processes, data flows, and services. This role requires expertise in requirement analysis, functional design documentation, end-to-end testing, and bug tracking. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and coordination skills and relevant IT system integration experience. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct requirement analysis and create detailed functional design documentation.
- Analyze and document business processes, data flows, and system requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
- Facilitate Agile sprint processes, including sprint meetings and progress tracking.
- Support development teams by addressing roadblocks and providing requirements clarification.
- Perform end-to-end testing, manage bug tracking, and ensure quality assurance.
- Serve as a liaison between business users, development teams, and project stakeholders.
- Deliver clear and concise oral and written reports, presentations, and updates.
- Ensure adherence to secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
