Job Description :
We are seeking a Fortra Automate Specialist to design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Fortra Automate. This role involves full lifecycle automation development, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and support. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting experience and the ability to integrate automation with various systems and applications while ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Fortra Automate.
- Create and maintain scripts using PowerShell, VBScript, or Python to enhance automation functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes.
- Monitor and optimize existing automation workflows for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business users to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
- Document automated processes and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Stay informed on the latest Fortra Automate features and best practices.
- Provide support and training to end-users on automation processes.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Manage and maintain the Fortra Automate environment, including upgrades and patches.
- Contribute to automation strategy development and roadmaps.
