Designs modern online learning
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Instructional Designer
Any kind of financial services experience is preferred.
We are looking for someone who designs modern learning solutions such as online courses, virtual instructor led courses, instructional videos, and job aids to help users learn new software and meet business goals. You will work with various stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to determine needs and isolate targeted behaviors.
What will your day look like?
You will :
- Partner with business leaders to provide new skills, change employee behavior, identify learning needs, and develop learning solutions
- Identify behavioral objectives to meet business goals
- Select delivery methods (online, workshop, virtual, etc.),
- Design and develop content
- Design and develop resources
- Perform other duties as assigned
