Job Description :

We are seeking Business Analysts / Technical Writers to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery leads, subject matter experts, IT, and end-users. The role focuses on ensuring that case management systems align with business requirements and are supported by clear, accurate documentation.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with teams to storyboard user scenarios for case management applications.
• Define business outcomes and data requirements associated with case management use cases.
• Develop high-quality technical documentation, including workflows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Publish step-by-step process instructions to achieve business objectives.
• Review and edit technical content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency to align with system functionalities.
• Organize and structure documentation for ease of understanding and navigation.
• Produce clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences, including end users, system administrators, and developers.
• Provide feedback from a user perspective to improve system usability
