Position Overview
- Responsible for the management and overall coordination, status reporting and stability of a variety of enterprise wide projects.
- Establishes and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Responsible for assembling project plans, teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis.
- Identifies resource needs, performs quality reviews, accesses and mitigates risk.
- Escalates functional quality and timeline issues appropriately.
- Responsible for tracking costs, key project milestones and adjusting project plans and / or resources to meet the needs of customers.
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
- Designs, implements, evaluates and audits project management processes and templates.
- May work closely with internal departments and outside vendors to ensure project completion.
- Other duties as assigned.
