About the Role :
A leading technology company is seeking a Senior International Tax Analyst to join its global tax team. This position will play a key role in managing international tax compliance, supporting cross-border tax planning, and contributing to process optimization efforts. The role requires expertise in global corporate taxation and strong analytical skills to navigate evolving tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and model the implications of global tax regulations, including Pillar 2, and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient tax processes related to international operations.
- Support the assessment and integration of tax considerations related to business expansions, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Research and monitor changes in US international tax legislation, ensuring the company remains compliant and proactively adapts to evolving requirements.
- Assist in compiling and maintaining documentation to support tax positions and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Contribute to international tax audits by gathering and analyzing relevant data and preparing necessary responses.
- Support ongoing global tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's tax structure.
- Leverage tax technology solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline compliance processes.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the tax team's initiatives.
