Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master with a strong background as a Senior Java Developer to join our team. This hybrid role combines Agile leadership with hands-on software development, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will guide Agile teams, remove impediments, and contribute directly to application development while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Responsibilities :
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
- Facilitate the removal of obstacles to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.
- Track and manage Agile development processes using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Advocate Agile best practices across teams and ensure alignment in multi-team projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and mentor team members in Agile methodologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best coding practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and UI / UX, to build and deploy software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing frameworks.
