Job Title : Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to advance our AI capabilities and drive innovation through rapid model development and experimentation. This role requires exceptional collaboration across diverse teams and a commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful results.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the United States.

Responsibilities :

Design, deploy, and manage machine learning models and pipelines in live production settings.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and developers to integrate machine learning solutions into the broader technical platform.
Establish and maintain tools and workflows for MLOps, including continuous integration, deployment, and model monitoring.
Fine-tune model efficiency, scalability, and reliability to ensure optimal performance.
Create and enhance tools that improve the productivity and workflows of data scientists.
Contribute to the system architecture and design of the machine learning infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience :

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or MLOps roles.

Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, and popular machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch).

Hands-on experience deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments, utilizing tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of CI / CD practices for machine learning workflows, including automated testing and deployment pipelines.

Proficiency with cloud-based platforms (preferably AWS) and their machine learning services.

Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CDK) and configuration management.

Solid foundation in data engineering principles and architectural best practices.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a team-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience managing the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data acquisition and model development to deployment and monitoring.

Familiarity with deploying large language models (LLMs) in production environments.

Contributions to open-source initiatives or active participation in the machine learning community.

Prior experience in the healthcare industry or other regulated sectors.
