Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Online Specialist & Technical Writer to develop, document, and train employees on SharePoint Online Intranet solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to enhance platform functionality and user adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Gather business requirements from cross-functional teams and translate them into SharePoint functionality.
- Work with lists, libraries, permissions, and Power Platform solutions within SharePoint Online.
- Ensure best practices in the architecture, design, and development of SharePoint solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed user guides, functional requirements, and technical manuals for SharePoint Online solutions.
- Develop training materials such as tutorials, videos, and presentations to assist in platform adoption.
- Write FAQs, knowledge base articles, and other resources for end-users.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for employees on SharePoint Online Intranet usage.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot user issues with SharePoint functionality.
- Create comprehensive operational procedures to enhance user efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align SharePoint solutions with business needs.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth project communication.
