Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire
Work Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST preferred (flexible)
Position Summary :
We are in search of a proactive and customer-oriented Software Application Support Specialist to strengthen our software support operations. This role will serve as the initial contact for resolving technical inquiries from government partners and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication abilities, and a natural curiosity for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and resolve user-reported software and network issues efficiently.
- Handle technical support inquiries through phone and email with professionalism.
- Proactively engage with clients to report and follow up on ongoing technical issues.
- Detect and troubleshoot problems related to API integrations.
- Accurately record support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system and internal documentation.
- Refer complex technical challenges to senior support teams or appropriate departments.
- Manage multiple support tickets and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Offer user-friendly guidance on software tools and IT procedures.
- Continuously monitor IT infrastructure to maintain peak performance.
- Collaborate with users for software testing and the creation of test data.
