Location: remote in Utah with intermittent in person work required
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level I.T. Recruiter to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in I.T. recruitment, be adept at sourcing top-tier technical talent, and have a knack for building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. This role will focus on filling key technical positions across various I.T. projects while aligning recruitment efforts with KēSTA’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid- to senior-level I.T. roles (software engineers, network admins, cloud architects, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates using various recruitment platforms and techniques
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate a smooth hiring process
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experience
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of I.T. recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and industry trends
- Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, really, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
