ABOUT THE JOB
Under the general supervision of the Managing Partner or Wealth Advisor the Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for managing and monitoring client relationships. The RM focuses on client satisfaction with specific attention in client interaction, client development, operations, and account maintenance.
WORK YOU’LL DO:
- Tracks all client interactions including requests, inbound/outbound calls, and emails via Wealthbox.
- Research and analyze complex client account issues.
- Prepares meeting materials for and participates in client meetings. Documenting all notes and action items and ensuring client commitments are executed promptly.
- Escalates all potential and real client issues to MP or WA.
- Prepares all outgoing customer correspondence.
- Maintain and update lead pipeline.
- Gather data for creation of client financial plans.
- Creates meeting agenda format, presentations, case documentation and deliverables for assigned clients.
- Manages development and maintenance of suitability documentation utilizing client file standards.
- Ensures adherence to compliance notation and makes recommendations to ensure quality standards are met including full and fair disclosure.
- Manage client onboarding process and update team accordingly.
- Process RMD for clients annually.
- Complete client verification for data maintenance or money movement request and log in Wealthbox.

- Effectively prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
- Maintaining attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with minimum 3-5 years Customer Service.
- Series 65, 7 or 66 is a plus
- CFP or other qualified designations
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience with Wealthbox or similar CRM
