The Advisor Engagement Consultant (AEC) plays a key role in strengthening the relationship between Kestra Financial and its affiliated Advisors. Acting as a strategic partner, the Consultant is responsible for driving the adoption of Kestra’s integrated ecosystem, deepening Advisor engagement, and improving retention by delivering high-impact experiences and actionable insights. This individual will serve as a trusted advocate, collecting and sharing the Voice of the Client (VOC) across the organization and continuously working to enhance advisor satisfaction and loyalty.
The Consultant will be evaluated by their ability to increase ecosystem adoption, drive engagement, deliver Moments that Matter, and improve key metrics such as Advisor Retention and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Serve as a primary relationship manager for a defined territory of affiliated advisors.
- Champion Kestra’s integrated ecosystem by identifying opportunities for adoption and usage of key platforms, resources, and services
- Lead onboarding and re-engagement initiatives to ensure advisors realize the full value of their relationship with Kestra Financial.
- Conduct regular outreach and strategic check-ins to deliver insights that drive measurable advisor value.
- Monitor advisor sentiment and collect Voice of Client (VOC) feedback; proactively share insights with internal stakeholders to drive innovation and improve service.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Service, Wealth Management, Kestra Investment Management, Kestra Insurance Planning, Arden Trust, Compliance, Marketing, Technology) to deliver coordinated, advisor-centric experiences
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing advisor satisfaction, retention, and overall Kestra engagement.
- Track and report on advisor engagement, adoption trends, and sentiment metrics across the territory
- Identify and escalate risk signals related to advisor dissatisfaction or disengagement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of advisor interactions and outcomes
- Conduct client meetings in advisor’s offices, home offices on-site meetings, recurring telephone meetings, and webinars.
- Provide excellent follow-up and efficient problem resolution within assigned territory.
- Be an expert on the primary Kestra resources and services.
- Maintain Kestra culture, minimize attrition, and deliver results, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Strong understanding of the independent advisor landscape and financial services industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and ability to build authentic, long-term relationships
- Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Skilled at uncovering needs and providing consultative solutions
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and adoption/engagement metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Ability to travel to support advisor visits, events, or territory meetings
- 60%-75% travel required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 3-5 years of financial services, relationship management or business consulting experience.
- Applicable FINRA licenses preferred (e.g., Series 7, 6, 65, 66, 63).
