Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partner
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers, helping align HR strategies with business goals.
- Guide managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and a positive work environment.
- Advise leaders on performance management, coaching conversations, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Support workforce planning, team structuring, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR policies, balancing risk while supporting business needs.
- Play a key role in employee engagement efforts, including analyzing and implementing action plans from surveys.
- Support the execution of performance review processes, manager training, and continuous feedback strategies.
- Assist in developing programs that enhance leadership capabilities and succession planning.
- Collaborate on learning & development, career frameworks, and other company-wide talent initiatives.
- Experience: 3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in HR business partner or HR generalist roles with exposure to talent management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to business outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
