Kestra is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to guide the strategy, development, and execution of our new customer-facing analytics solution, Advisor Insights. As the product lead, you will play a pivotal role in evolving Advisor Insights from a Beta tool into a fully scaled, high-impact product. This role will manage a Product Owner, lead a dedicated scrum team, and collaborate across the organization to continuously enhance the tool, expand its capabilities, and align with the broader vision of delivering actionable insights and AI-driven solutions that support our customers in running their businesses.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Partner with leadership to define and manage an outcomes-based roadmap, defining business cases that drive user value and deliver on a positive product ROI.
  • Set, monitor, and report on product KPI’s, driving adoption and identifying opportunities to retain or grow the customer base and improve user sentiment.
  • Incorporate advanced analytics, insights, and AI capabilities to guide advisors in making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to streamline end-to-end processes.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to prioritize features and improvements that maximize value for financial advisors.
  • Manage a Product Owner and provide clear guidance to the scrum team, ensuring successful delivery of product enhancements in an Agile environment.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful product features.
  • Act as the primary advocate and evangelist for Advisor Insights, communicating its value and vision to internal and external stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual should have the following skills and abilities:

  • Proven ability to lead product vision, strategy, and execution in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial advisory businesses, wealth management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with data platforms, actionable insights, and incorporating advanced analytics or AI into product roadmaps.
  • Exceptional customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product solutions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing and mentoring product teams, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Naturally curious and committed to continuous learning, with a desire to stay at the forefront of product and technology trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to map and optimize user journeys, ensuring seamless and intuitive experiences that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • General knowledge of product development and management processes including agile and scrum.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Yes; Product Owner

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and leadership roles.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
  • Financial Services/Wealth Management industry experience a plus
