The President of Kestra Financial seeks an experienced Business and Project Manager to be responsible for the successful management of all aspects of various programs and projects across business lines. The role will help deliver programs that support the organization's strategic initiatives and vision. The individual will interface with business leaders, technology partners, and all other supporting functions to provide high-quality deliverables and business outcomes. This role will also perform business analysis, create presentations, and facilitate weekly executive meetings for the President.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, the individual must perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Manage all project constraints on scope, time, risk, and change in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain project plans using Kestra's software and tools.
- Manage different project teams of various sizes in a matrix-structured environment. Lead and manage project team meetings, scheduling, risks, and delivery.
- Provide regular project communications to all company levels, including some presentations.
- Perform analysis of key business initiatives.
- Develop senior-level, strategic presentations.
- Facilitate the administration of weekly executive meetings, tracking decisions and next steps.
- Coordinate business requirements gathering and review.
- Understand all current PMO initiatives from a company level and a detailed business requirements level. Understand technology requirements when and where applicable.
- Provide and promote high standards of professionalism, integrity, and leadership throughout the life of projects, appropriately representing business philosophies, protocols, and standards.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, the individual should have the following skills and abilities:
- 5 years of project management experience, including using project plans and issue logs.
- Ability to use Kestra's choice of software to manage projects (Smartsheets, JIRA, Confluence).
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to strategically and tactically organize and structure activities.
- Ability to be agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Kestra's business and culture and the ability to navigate within.
- Strong verbal, writing, presentation, meeting facilitation, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Financial services or consulting experience preferred
- Project management experience
CERTIFICATION, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:
- PMP is a plus.
- Project Management Certification is a plus.
