The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the corporate talent acquisition and onboarding function across Kestra Holdings and its subsidiaries. This individual will lead a team of talent acquisition and onboarding specialists, partnering closely with HR business partners, hiring managers, and business leaders to drive full-cycle talent acquisition strategies that attract and integrate top talent across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic partner and hands-on leader who can balance talent planning with day-to-day execution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coach a high-performing recruiting team to deliver quality hires across business units, shared services, and executive-level roles.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies that support both high-volume hiring and specialized, hard-to-fill positions.
- Maintain a personal requisition slate, actively managing full-cycle recruiting for select roles, particularly those that are high-priority, confidential, or strategic in nature.
- Manage the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to new hire integration, partnering closely with HR and business leaders to deliver a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience.
- Monitor and report on talent acquisition metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline strength, quality of hire) and use insights to inform continuous improvement.
- Optimize recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, including search firms, job boards, and recruitment technology providers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 7 years of progressive experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and team management in a multi-entity or matrixed environment.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday) and recruiting analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Experience in financial services or professional services desired.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
