We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role is an HR Business Partner-providing direct support to managers and employees on core HR matters-and also a backup for our Talent Management initiatives-helping drive key programs in employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring that people strategies align with company objectives while also playing a hands-on role in executing key talent initiatives that enhance our culture and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partner
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers, helping align HR strategies with business goals.
- Guide managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and a positive work environment.
- Advise leaders on performance management, coaching conversations, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Support workforce planning, team structuring, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR policies, balancing risk while supporting business needs.
