Job Title: Oracle SCM Lead (OM, PO, INV, PDH)
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
We are looking for an Oracle SCM Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions, primarily focusing on Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, and Product Data Hub. The candidate should possess extensive knowledge of Oracle SCM modules and be able to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SCM projects aligned with business goals and implement best practices.
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle SCM modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and create functional specifications.
- Develop and manage testing processes for SCM applications.
- Provide ongoing application support and develop user training materials.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.
- Identify improvement areas within SCM functions and stay updated on Oracle SCM trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in Oracle SCM modules with a strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Proven project leadership and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Oracle certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
8 Years of experience with Oracle Cloud SCM and Agile methodologies.
