Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Patient Growth
- Drive patient acquisition and revenue growth by converting leads and inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Actively follow up with leads via phone, email, and social media to increase conversion rates.
- Educate potential patients on the benefits of ketamine therapy, overcoming objections with confidence and compassion.
- Track and report key sales metrics, including inquiries, conversion rates, and appointment bookings.
Social Media & Marketing
- Manage and grow the clinic’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging, high-converting content to attract new patients and boost brand awareness.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries with a sales-focused, yet compassionate approach.
- Stay up to date on mental health trends and industry insights to keep content relevant.
Patient Coordination & Front Desk Support
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing patients, ensuring a warm, professional experience.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an efficient patient flow.
- Provide exceptional customer service, making patients feel informed, supported, and excited about their treatment.
- Work closely with the clinical team to facilitate seamless communication between patients and providers.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):
- Proven experience in sales, social media marketing, or customer engagement (healthcare or wellness industries preferred).
- Strong ability to convert leads into scheduled appointments through persuasive and empathetic communication.
- Experience in social media management and content creation (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive tone.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in scheduling software, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
