Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk administrative duties, including greeting patients, checking them in, and handling paperwork.
- Respond to patient inquiries, conduct phone screenings, and provide information about treatment options.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making patients and their families feel comfortable and supported.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate communication and ensure exceptional patient care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in patient-facing roles (healthcare, customer service, or administrative support preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office technology.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thurdsay, Friday : 10am-7pm
- Saturdays : 10am - 2pm
- CLOSED Tuesdays and Sundays
