Groundskeeper / Custodian

Groundskeeper /Floor Technician: Great hours and benefits in a rewarding industry! Join our maintenance team as a Groundskeeper / Floor Technician where you work independently and wear many hats. Responsible for providing exterior property upkeep and maintenance to all KETCH facilities and residential properties. Also responsible for maintaining floor conditions to include carpet, tile, and epoxy flooring. Company provides tools, vehicle for use at work, and a clean working environment. Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Stable work history and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, good driving record (less than four tickets/infractions in the past three years)
• A minimum of one year of work experience in floorcare, custodial maintenance, and grounds maintenance
• Requires working knowledge of safe and proper use of custodial equipment, materials, and chemicals
• General maintenance knowledge and work experience, be able to use hand tools, power tools, and light shop equipment
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or ¼ of own body weight
• Good communication skills
• Good paperwork and documentation skills
