Responsibilities

- Collaborate with educators, healthcare providers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Advocate for children's rights within the child protective services system.
- Facilitate conflict management sessions to resolve disputes effectively among family members or between students and staff.
- Monitor progress of clients through regular follow-ups and adjust service plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and case progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children in educational settings or childcare environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of special education processes and child protective services is a plus.
- Familiarity with behavioral health issues affecting children and families is beneficial.
- Strong conflict management skills to navigate sensitive situations effectively.
