About Us
We are Ketelsen RV and we are changing the RV customer buying experience. We are looking for an individual who has a strong ability to overcome objections and can focus on the details and want to grow with a progressive company. This must all be done while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a commission position with a base salary.

Responsibilities
· Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their recreational vehicle and ownership experience.
· Ensure sales are structured and organized for funding.
· Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
· Submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
· Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
· Prepares paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
· Saturdays are required due to high volume sales traffic.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Eagerness to improve and work in a team environment
· College degree preferred or equivalent experience
· MUST have - Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
· Proficient at structuring deals.
· Well-versed in title laws and registration process
· Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills ( Required)
· Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills ( Required)
· Valid driver’s license ( Required)
Experience:
· F&I 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
· College degree or equivalent (Preferred)
