Job Purpose
The Digital Transformation Program Manager is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide design and implementation of the company’s technology architecture, ensuring that systems, data, and infrastructure align with long-term business strategy. This role exists to bring focus and coordination to one of the company’s highest priority initiatives. Through structured program management and close cross-functional coordination, the Digital Transformation Program Manager ensures high-quality execution, risk mitigation, and alignment throughout the lifecycle of this critical transformation initiative.
Duties and Responsibilities
People

Operations
- Issue and Risk Management– Identify, track, and mitigate risks and roadblocks that may impact delivery.
- Performance Tracking- Define and monitor key program metrics to measure progress and course-correct as needed.
- Program Execution and Integration Coordination - Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, budgeting, and timeline management and ensure interdependencies across departments and systems are actively managed.
Stakeholder Management
- External Partner Coordination- Ensure effective management of external consultants by establishing clear scopes of work, aligning timelines with cross-functional dependencies, and maintaining progress through regular check-ins and integration with internal workstreams.
- Executive Communication - Prepare updates and materials for senior leadership to enable informed decision-making.
- Requirements Gathering - Partner with stakeholder to understand needs and translate them into clear technical requirements
- Stakeholder Engagement - Build relationships across functions (e.g., Transformation, Finance, Operations) to support shared goals.
Strategy
- Value Realization– Monitor business impact and track outcomes to ensure strategic objectives are being met.
- Roadmap Development - Own the creation and evolution of the enterprise architecture implementation roadmap.
- Program Alignment & Prioritization - Ensure all IT transformation initiatives are aligned with enterprise strategy and architectural vision and define program scope and prioritize initiatives based on business value and feasibility.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Project Management certification, such as PMP preferred
- Change Management certification preferred
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven experience leading change management efforts for large-scale transformation initiatives, including enterprise system rollouts (e.g., ERP, CRM)
- Leads enterprise-wide IT transformation initiatives, managing cross-functional programs from planning through post-implementation, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation
- Oversee teams and collaborates with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and leadership to align requirements, drive execution, and support change management and user adoption
- Translates business needs into technical specifications, ensures integration across enterprise functions, and communicates progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders
Work Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Office environment. Noise level is moderate.
- Work is primarily performed at a desk using a computer and other standard office equipment
- Occasional walking to meetings or shared office equipment may be required.
- Ability to work after normal business hours as needed.
