Night Shift Production Supervisor

Job Description

At Keter North America, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production processes. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in production management and a keen eye for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage production staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Train and mentor production staff to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance to senior management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
• Proven experience in managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of production equipment and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong change management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Highly proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• SAP experience is a plus.
