**Job Summary:**
In this role, you will be responsible for handling products as they come out of the injection molding machines. Your tasks will include evaluating quality, trimming excess plastic (flash), labeling, and stacking products according to established procedures. Additionally, you will perform assembly operations, which involve general inspection of product, adding parts/light assembly, and packaging product based on established processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Schedule:
We operate a 12-hour shift schedule with daylight shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Night shift employees receive an additional $2/hour shift differential. Our rotating schedule includes two days on, two days off, three days on, and two days off, resulting in a total of 15 days worked per month with every other weekend off.

- Maintain workflow by keeping up with the pace set by the molding machine's output.
- Monitor part quality continuously according to quality procedure sheets, quality samples, and production supervisor guidelines.
- Perform necessary operations such as trimming, labeling, assembling, stacking, and packing.
- Verify label and stack/package accuracy.
- Notify supervisors or mold/process technicians of any problems or issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
